Our people are experienced in funds management, property and administration services. Our Chief Executive is Grant Hope, who has more than 15 years' experience in senior management in the commercial sector. He heads a four-person senior management team.

Grant Hope is a member of New Zealand Chartered Accountants and the Institute of Financial Professionals of New Zealand and has held various senior financial management positions in a range of industries.

Michael Holloway is a Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and has extensive property asset, investment and portfolio management experience. Michael is responsible for an investment portfolio worth over $400 million and brings a corporate perspective to the management of the Trust Investments Property Team.

Miles Marshall manages the group investment funds and the direct accounts that a number of our larger clients hold. This involves discretionary management of New Zealand fixed interest portfolios, passive management of an ethical New Zealand share portfolio, management of the currency hedging of international assets and manager selection for the international funds. Previously Miles worked for Tyndall, managing an international equity hedging product as well as manager selection for their international assets. Miles spent nine years in the U.K. managing global fixed interest and currency portfolios for Citibank and Gartmore.

Garry Anderson has considerable experience in

• Property Asset Management (development, implementation and monitoring of asset management strategies to maximise the value of the property portfolio)
• Development Management through project identification, feasibility analysis, contract administration, and project management.

Shane Coward has held various roles as an accountant and has an in-depth knowledge of commercial and business accounting, and accounting information systems. Shane is responsible for management and annual reporting for clients and management of the Finance Team.
