Graeme Horsley is an independent property consultant and a former partner of Ernst & Young's corporate finance division. Graeme is widely recognised as an expert in property investment and valuation. Prior to joining Ernst and Young, he spent 24 years in public practice as a registered valuer. Graeme is the deputy chair of the Bay of Plenty District Health Board and a director of the Nghati Whatua o Orakei Corporation Limited. He is life member of the New Zealand Institute of Valuers, now known as the Property Institute of New Zealand.
