A barrister and solicitor, William Somerville is a former senior tax partner at Pricewaterhouse Coopers and has worked as a lawyer and an accountant for a number of large firms in New Zealand and overseas. He is currently a board member of ArtSpace (a community arts foundation) and the New Zealand Film Commission and he chairs the Auckland City Mission. He is a director or trustee of several private companies and trusts.
