Garry joined Trust Investments in January 2000 after having spent some ten years working for New Zealand Post Properties Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary of New Zealand Post Limited. Garry's role as Asset Manager was primarily focussed on the interests of the landlord through the development, implementation and monitoring of asset management strategies to maximise the value of the portfolio.

Garry also has considerable experience in the role of Development Management through project identification, feasibility analysis, contract administration, and project management through to handover to client.
