• Provision of recommendations to clients to proceed or otherwise
• Liaising with all parties and co-ordinating settlement and handover of management responsibilities

• Negotiations of sale and purchase agreements
• Undertaking and co-ordinating due diligence and advisers including but not limited to:

  - Tenant covenant
