• Assisting in identifying or analysing properties for potential sale
• Co-ordinating information and preparation of property for sale including but not limited to:
  - Outstanding maintenance
  - Outstanding obligations from tenant or landlord
  - Gathering all necessary documentation
• Identifying opportunities to maximise value prior to sale including analysis of market value and redevelopment opportunities
• Negotiating sale and purchase agreements
• Co-ordinating due diligence responses
• Co-ordinating settlement and handover of management
