Property Management
- Maintenance of all documentation relating to individual properties (titles, leases, plans)
- Formulation of policies and procedures
- Maintenance of annual timetables of key events as they relate to rent reviews, lease renewals, supply contracts, insurance compliance
- Regular property inspections
- Implementation of ongoing preventative maintenance disciplines
- Risk management including all compliance issues as they relate to current legislation
- Annually arranging insurance valuations, negotiation and placement or cover, collection of premiums from tenants, processing of claims
- Tenant liaison, negotiating of new leases, rent reviews and variations, renewals
- Interpreting and applying lease conditions
- Preparation of property budgets, management/financial reports and annual operating expense reconciliation
