  • Maintenance of all documentation relating to individual properties (titles, leases, plans)
  • Formulation of policies and procedures
  • Maintenance of annual timetables of key events as they relate to rent reviews, lease renewals, supply contracts, insurance compliance
  • Regular property inspections
  • Implementation of ongoing preventative maintenance disciplines
  • Risk management including all compliance issues as they relate to current legislation
  • Annually arranging insurance valuations, negotiation and placement or cover, collection of premiums from tenants, processing of claims
  • Tenant liaison, negotiating of new leases, rent reviews and variations, renewals
  • Interpreting and applying lease conditions
  • Preparation of property budgets, management/financial reports and annual operating expense reconciliation
